Linal’s commitment and hard work in his role as Chief Diversity Officer was invaluable to the work we undertook at US Cellular. Initially, he stepped into this critical leadership role with little to no HR and Diversity experience; armed only with his willingness to learn and to make a difference. Very quickly Linal began facilitating groundbreaking work with our senior leadership team that elevated the role Diversity and Inclusion held within our organization. What I admired most about Linal, was his ability to present ideas, teach his peers and influence others without direct authority. I would gladly partner with Linal in the future if the opportunity ever presents itself.
I’ve worked with Linal for a year and a half now and the work we’ve done has been nothing less than life changing for me! In that time I have discovered my purpose in life, got a better understanding who I am along with learning my genius/power, and I have made a career change that now has me working in my dream job that is align with my life’s purpose. I have a better relationship with money, procured tools to help me create desired life events, and I am on my way to having the type of mate that I always wanted. If you are looking to live the best life possible life coaching with Linal is exactly the game you want to be playing.
